Victor Caringal Photography was lucky enough to be invited to shoot the adorable country wedding of Rin and Dave. Rin’s Japanese heritage, mixed with Dave’s Australian country culture and their love for handmade and home made goods, made a wonderful mix of tradition and DIY fun for all the guests and of course the happy couple.
La Bride knows that this is sure to make you smile.
Its just as the sign says – Good times ahead, tucked away in the bush in Australia.
Rin and Dave’s wedding was a creative celebration of love and culture! Highlights of a summer yellow wherever you look, green leaves and two happy, happy faces.
The wedding included a celebration of Rin’s mixed heritage, including a Japanese sake ceremony and other Japanese traditions.
Special guests, there in spirit.
Rin is the blogger behind Sew in Love, and loves all things handmade. Almost all the decorations, the cake and even the photo booth were lovingly made by the couple or a family member.
Taking place in Dave’s childhood Scout Hall, the feeling was one of nostalgia and fun. Basically everyone had a great party to celebrate the love of Dave and Rin, simplicity at its best!
